AWD Service Centres have been repairing and refurbishing Weld guns & cylinders for nearly 10 years. We have worked for Vauxhall – Luton and Ellesmere Port, Toyota, Peugeot, BMW, Unipres, Wagon and Obara.
In that time we have developed both on-site and off-site procedures dependant upon customer requirements, including on line prevention procedures, preventative maintenance process, on-line corrective procedures.
The aim of this is to provide an cost effective method for the maintenance and repair of resistance welding guns and cylinders, which will provide the customer with an increase in reliability and a reduction in maintenance costs.
